(Dec 30, 2022) – Merry Christmas! I just got back to Atlanta from visiting my mom’s side of the family over Christmas break in Kansas City. I spent a lot of time doing shooting workouts at HyVee Arena (see video above). In the above video it was -8 degrees, snowing, and the wind chill was -25 degrees. But I didn’t care. My dad kept trying to keep me in the house, but I bugged him enough that he took me to the gym hahaha.
If you’ve been following my journey at all, you know I’m still out with a concussion so, I cannot play any games until my doctors say it’s okay. So, I have just been doing contactless workouts that help me stay sharp on my skills, and I have been lifting weights. I hope my concussion will be over soon. I have a doctor’s appointment next week, on Monday, January 2, 2023. I will let you know how it goes!
